Adopt a Siamese, Bring Home a Friend for Life
Kitten socialization begins with love and play
Welcome and thank you for considering adopting a Siamese or Balinese kitten from us. We’re delighted to assist you in finding the ideal cat for your family. Our cats are a significant part of our lives, and we cherish them as members of our family. They bring a smile to our faces, keep us company, and yes, even sit on our keyboards when we’re trying to work!
We take great care of our cats and kittens, giving them plenty of love and attention. This helps them become accustomed to people and makes them wonderful pets. We are dedicated to ensuring that our kittens are healthy and happy, so they can also bring joy to your home.
Please feel free to explore our website, view pictures of our kittens, and contact us if you have any questions. We can’t wait to help you find your new furry companion!
Kitten socialization begins with love and play
Here at Siamese Sweeties, we believe that the journey towards a well-adjusted cat begins with two essential ingredients: love and play. From the moment our kittens open their eyes, they’re enveloped in an environment rich with affection and interactive experiences. We know that a happy kitten is a kitten that’s ready to explore, learn, and most importantly, bond with people. Our early socialization process is designed to help each tiny furball grow into a loving and confident adult cat, ready to become a cherished member of your family.
But what does ‘socialization’ really mean? In essence, it’s about exposing our kittens to a variety of experiences in a safe and controlled manner. This includes everything from gentle handling and playtime with toys, to brief encounters with Moogle, our Bichon, and of course, plenty of human interaction.
Through these activities, our kittens learn key social skills and behaviors, helping them find their ‘purr-fect’ way in life. We’re proud to offer kittens that are not just healthy, but also emotionally balanced, giving them the best start in their forever homes.
Diet & Health
We’re committed to giving our cats the best start in life, which begins with nutrition. They’re fed a holistic, high-protein, premium diet. Our cattery is a closed environment, ensuring the utmost hygiene and safety. We offer a one-year guarantee against genetic defects for every kitten. If you choose to continue feeding Purina Pro Plan’s Kitten Food, we extend this to 2 years! Their diet is that crucial for long-term health! Rest assured, our kittens are FIV/FeLV negative, as well as free from fleas and parasites. Before leaving for their forever homes, they undergo a thorough vet check and come with pet insurance. Each kitten will be wormed and receive their first set of FVRCP vaccinations, offering protection against rhinotracheitis, calicivirus, and panleukopenia—serious and often fatal conditions for kittens. In short, when you bring home one of our kittens, you’re getting a bundle of health and joy!

Breed Standard & Temperament
We specialize in Traditional Applehead Siamese cats, adhering to guidelines from both the Cat Fancier’s Association and The Traditional Cat Association. Our selective breeding program prioritizes temperament as well, ensuring that your new family member will be loving, loyal, highly intelligent, and delightfully vocal. If you’ve never owned a Siamese, their neediness and vocalizations are just part of their charming personality!
Transition Timing
Our kittens are usually ready to join their new families between the ages of 9 to 12 weeks. Sometimes a kitten may need extra time with mom, and this is determined through consultation with our vet. We prioritize a smooth transition for every kitten to its new home.
Adoption Contract
We offer a straightforward contract for new pet parents to review and sign. It’s not intended to be intimidating, but rather, it establishes responsible care guidelines. Among these are stipulations that our cats are not to be used for labor or breeding, are not to be declawed, and must never be abandoned or relinquished to a shelter or research facility. If you ever find you can’t care for your cat, we ask that you return them to us for suitable re-homing.
Responsible Breeding Practices
We take a planned approach to breeding, ensuring we have committed homes for every kitten we bring into the world. While we occasionally have more kittens of a specific color point or gender, it’s always worth checking in with us for availability.

Wait Times & Discounts
Expect a typical wait time of 3 to 8 months for your new kitten. Though this is generally accurate, variations can occur depending on litter size, gender, and color points. Therefore, your actual wait may be longer than initially estimated.
Multiple Kitten Discount
If you’re interested in adopting more than one kitten, we offer a $100 discount for each additional kitten. While we’d love to offer more, please understand that our annual expenses are considerable, including $7,000 each year just for female health insurance. Our aim isn’t profit, but to ensure that every kitten finds a loving home.
Choosing Your Kitten
Our waitlist approach allows you to choose your kitten rather than assigning one based on preference. Official selection begins when the kittens are 5-6 weeks old, as their personalities and color points are more defined by then. During busy seasons, this could extend to 8 weeks. We provide multiple photos and videos for each kitten, along with a detailed personality profile to help you find the perfect match.
Your Choice
When it’s your turn on the waitlist, you can opt for any available kitten matching your specified colorpoint and gender. If you’re not ready, you can continue to wait for the next available kitten without any penalty. We believe in the perfect kitten at the perfect time for every family.
Our deposit link is open year-round, and your place on the waitlist is determined by the order in which we receive your deposit.
Deposit Policy
We require a non-refundable deposit of $550 to secure your kitten. This amount has been carefully set to cover various costs such as banking fees, email correspondence, phone calls, and managing the waitlist. Once you’ve made a deposit, we turn away other interested families, so please be certain of your commitment. While the deposit is non-refundable, we do offer flexibility: you can transfer your deposit to a different kitten or stay on our waitlist as long as you’d like.
Payment Options
Deposits can be made through Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or Facebook. You can also send us a check. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your kitten. For final payment, we accept Zelle, CashApp, or Facebook with no additional fees. If you choose to pay by check, please ensure it reaches us at least two weeks before your kitten’s scheduled pick-up date.
Confirmation and Next Steps
Upon receipt of your deposit, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your completed kitten contract and outlines the upcoming steps in the adoption process. Within a few days, we’ll send you a personalized update on your chosen kitten’s availability.
